Build strength for Hyrox. Get confident performing compound movements including the deadlift, back squat and overhead press. Sessions coached by the ROXD coaches.

  • This is the first session in the 8 week training block.
  • The aim of this session is to establish your baseline strength going into the training block and build your confidence on the main compound lifts you will be performing throughout the training block.
  • With the help of the ROXD coaches, you will work up to a 3 rep max on a Deadlift, Back Squat and Overhead Press.
  • The session will take place this Saturday (06/01/25) at E1 Crossfit
