It’s mega chilled - it’s less of a class and more of a big group training session, as we always train and get involved too. We'll do a little explanation of the workout, then all warm up separately (some more effectively than others...expect lots of standing around chatting). Then we do a workout. The workouts are quite long… up to 60 mins but we understand people have work to get to, so lots of people duck out at 1500 if they need to. The workout will likely start at about 14:20 after warming up and faffing. But it’s always easy to make level-appropriate if you feel like you need to scale down volume or intensity. We’ll be there to help you out with options. But lots of friendly people to train with 🚀
