Improve your performance on the stations at HYROX by building whole body strength. 3 workouts/week. 8 weeks. Includes 5 in-person coached sessions with the ROXD community & coaches.
Our complete HYROX programming. Everything you need to prep for your next race. Get access to an 8 week and 12 week prep program, including running, conditioning and strength work. You'll have everything you need to build strength and endurance, and race with confidence.
Improve your conditioning for your next HYROX. With the conditioning track you'll get access to 5 progressive and varied conditioning workouts per week - guaranteed to leave you feeling fitter and more confident going into your next race.
Improve your performance on the stations at HYROX by building whole body strength. On the Strength track you'll get 3-5 progressive weights sessions per week geared towards helping you feel stronger come race day.
Improve your running splits at HYROX with running specific programming. On the Running track you'll get access to 3 running sessions per week, designed to improve your speed, endurance and resilience to injury.
